Piper Recruitment was formed in Bristol in 1999 by Steve Doyle. As a specialist engineering and technical recruitment company we provide a wide range of staff to the Electronic, Automotive, Rail, Nuclear, Aerospace, Oil & Gas and Manufacturing industries.

The rapid growth of Piper Recruitment soon attracted interest from other businesses and in October 2002 we became part of the successful Rugby Design Group. RD Recruitment has been operating for over 25 years and are involved in Industrial, Commercial and Retail services.

We have invested heavily in our team of Consultants. In addition to extensive experience within recruitment and engineering disciplines it is essential to us that our consultants aspire to the same levels of integrity and quality of service Piper Recruitment has become known for. Ongoing investment in the training and development of all of our staff has resulted in us having one of the lowest attrition rates of staff in the recruitment industry providing our clients with the continuity, trust and genuine understanding that only comes with working closely over a period of time
