| Recruitment Consultant - Building Services Job ref: RC/SEP09 Location: Woking Salary: £18,000 to £23,000 - OTE £50k BSV Consultants is a recruitment company specialising in the Building Services and Construction markets. They specialise in professional engineering and management sectors. Due to successful trading during a tough business period, BSV Consultants are seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to join the team. Ideally having a recruitment background within Building Services Engineering or Construction, you will possess a minimum of 18 months recruitment consultant experience - recruitment or academic qualifications would be an advantage. You will be able to demonstrate the proven skills and professionalism required to be a successful recruiter. The ideal candidate will be experienced in the whole recruitment process and be technically minded enough to understand the assignments undertaken. You will be able to communicate at all levels across a candidate and client book. We believe that having the ability to build relationships is the key to success. You will be required to adapt to different situations when selling to new and existing clients. Overcoming obstacles and gate keepers will be second nature and you will be able to demonstrate recent successes of billing in a tough market.
