| MAINTENANCE PLANNING ENGINEER/ ENGINEERING CO-ORDINATOR Devon Competitive salary + Days +Pension + 25 Days holiday (plus back holidays) Excellent salary on offer for a senior maintenance systems specialist role where you will be responsible for implementing change to maintenance procedures in a modern manufacturing facility. This blue chip manufacturing company is part of a world wide group that supplies bespoke products to a number of industries. Reporting into the engineering manager you will play a major part in the planning and improvement of the planned preventative maintenance system, you will also be tasked with the managing of the inventory system, spare stock take and ordering spare parts. This is an ideal role for a maintenance planner or maintenance engineer with planning experience to join a internationally renowned company where your skills and knowledge will be rewarded with an excellent salary package and long term career prospects. The Role * Managing planned maintenance system, creating work requests for maintenance activities and safety checks. * Develop and maintain engineering plant register cross-referenced to spare parts availability and maintenance information library. * Manage engineering stores inventory control system, including stock checks, procurement and modification of spares holding in line with changes to plant. * Develop and maintain maintenance library to ensure information held is up to date. * Supervise engineering personnel and contractors at planned shut periods including weekends on a rota basis. * Ensuring specific spare parts are available for planned maintenance tasks. The Person * Time served or ONC qualified * Must have experience of organising planned preventive maintenance systems. * Must come from manufacturing background.
