	Job Description:



	An excellent opportunity for a Hardware Engineer to join a leading defence client in Essex. Candidates must have experience of detailed circuit design for either Power or Analogue products. You must be able to gain security clearance before starting. To deliver analogue and general hardware engineering skills to an integrated project team of around half a dozen engineers. Ideally to take on a leading role within the integrated project team, organising dissemination of work across hardware engineers in the team and coordinating delivery against objectives. Complete the specification, design, integration and commissioning of analogue hardware designs. Work with other team members, supporting other engineering disciplines as required as part of an integrated project team. Essential Skills: Design and integration of complex analogue hardware designs. Ability to prioritise a large quantity of tasks and to assign these effectively. General tools e.g. Word, Excel, Project, Power Point etc. Desirable Skills: Mentor Graphics, Matlab, Sabre.
