| Our Client is searching for a D&B Coordinator who can demonstrate a main contractor background, working on schemes to £20m. As a D&B Coordinator, you will be responsible for being the contact between your employers and the external design teams and consultants on tradition D&B projects. Ideally you will have an architecture or structural background and will be comfortable with running Commercial, Industrial and Residential schemes. You will be accountable for value engineering the project and will be used to suggesting for cost and time effective solutions to get the project completed. You will also be used to liaising with government and local authority departments and will be responsible for the upkeep of the drawing register. Having an understanding of BREEAM will also be advantageous for this role as well as being chartered. In return you will be offered a basic salary circa £45k - £54k along with an excellent benefits package.
