| Technical Coordinator £35k- £40k Social Housing Projects North London/ Essex Salary - dependent on experience - £40k - £45k basic, full benefits package. We are currently recruiting for a Social/Affordable Housing conttractor who operate throughout the Northern Home Counties, London and Essex. They are looking to boost their Technical team with the appointment of Technical Coordinators of all levels. Applicants need to have worked as a Technical Coordinator or Technical Manager for a Social Housing, or as a Design Coordinator or Design Manager for a contractor that work on residential projects. The role will entail managing external consultants and liaising with the construction team on technical issues, so experience working as a Coordinator is crucial. The projects will be traditional housing so experience in this field is necessary, although candidates with experience on larger, RC frame schemes will also be suitable.
