One of the key business units for the company is the Facilities Management arm that has continued to expand, develop and increase profits throughout the recession year. The current turnover for the Facilities sector will be in excess of £200million for 2009. Over the past year my client has acquired a number of businesses throughout the UK and therefore had a long integration period establishing a solid platform to boost profits throughout 2010 and the future. With this now complete they have recently won some major national contracts that have meant they need to really increase their headcount to fulfil the new contract requirements. This is an exciting time for the company that are looking to significantly grow moving into 2011 from both organic development and acquiring companies. The Role Mobile Repair Technician, Multi Skilled Engineer Gassafe & Elec/AC You will be responsible for one of my clients top banking contracts. Specialising in the reactive and planned maintenance of facilities equipment and also for the testing and reports on electrical equipment and installations. Reactive visits to report / resolve M&E and other faults on site. You will have a solid history of working within the gas / maintenenance industry. You will be required to hold the following qualifications; Gassafe or equal accreditation for commercial boilers 17th Edition The role would suit a flexible and hard working engineer who is good at client facing. You will be responsible for the maintenance of branches within your area. Therefore you must be a professional person who can work within an active public environment. You must be located within the Norwich remit as most of the stores are located within this region.
