| Position Mechanical Project Manager Location East London Salary £30k - £45k Company Fawkes & Reece Contact Chris Bennett Job Type Permanent Job Description Mechanical Project Manager, Intermediate / Senior Mechanical Project Manager Our Client My client is a leading player in the mechanical & electrical building services industry. They have grown a reputation for delivering innovative and high profile projects across the UK. With a turnover of £50m, working with some of the biggest names in construction, to design, install and maintain cutting edge systems, they have all the in-house talent and facilities needed to keep ahead of ever-tighter building requirements. In this current economic climate my client has a book order of work seeing them firmly into 2011. With this in mind they are steadily expanding their team of specialists including a Mechanical Project Manager so that they can continue to compete for the top projects. The Role You will undertake the full responsibilities of a Mechanical Project Manager. Based in the London you will oversee the full M&E services installation on various projects of up to £10 million. You will have an established history of Mechanical project management and ideally been working on a permanent basis for a recognised M&E Contractor. This position would suit an enthusiastic individual who has the focus to improve their already existing skills and knowledge. The opportunity exists for the right candidate to progress to a senior level and manage a number of mechanical and electrical projects.
