| Leading Offshore Oil & Gas Engineering company based in Aberdeen are looking for a Materials Controller based in an office environment but with trips Offshore. Offshore Certs must be in place. Ideal candidate will have worked for leading EPC or Operator. Aberdeen based Oil & Gas Engineering company are looking for a Materials Controller with valid Offshore Survival and Medical Certification to work in an Project Office in Aberdeen with some trips Offshore on an ongoing contract basis. Ideal candidate will have worked in the North Sea Oil & Gas Industry with either an Oil & Gas Operator or major EPC. Maximo experience will be an advantage. Requirements: Ensure compliance with Client Procurement procedures Comply with relevant HSE procedures in operation at the Client Supply Base Process all Client Contract materials and equipment for shipment by Client Physically receipt and locate Client Contract materials at Client Supply Base Receipt materials deliveries in Maximo against the relevant Client PO number Ensure all PO/delivery/certification paperwork is efficiently administered Prepare and dispatch 'piece small' materials for Client fabrication requirements Prepare materials and equipment for shipment, as per Plan activity start dates 'Bag and tag' materials, as required, for offshore implementation Complete documentation and handle Dangerous Goods for air and sea transport Manifest materials and equipment in Maximo, for inclusion with Client manifest Conduct stock checks as required Identify surplus material upon workscope completion, and prepare for disposal Receive, control and prepare for shipment, all Client Subcontractors' materials Liaise with Procurement Supervisor, to ensure full communication on priorities Receive, control, prepare for shipment offshore, and subsequent return to Client, of all P+E, tools, consumables, PPE - ensuring immediate offhire of P+E Experience: Previous experience of providing a similar service in a similar environment Evidence of team working Evidence of high level of computer literacy Dangerous Goods 'Authorised Signatory' preferred Current forklift certificate If your application has been successful, you will be contacted within 48 hours of application.
