| CP Recruitment are presently looking to recruit a Project Manager/Contracts Manager in the Inverness for a main contractor/house builder looking to establish a North West office As the project manager on this job you will have overall responsibility for the safe, efficent and cost effective development of the project. You will co-ordinate all the work, co-ordinate the management staff, engineers, trades and labour. You will liaise with architects and surveyors for work related issues and you will also be responsible for implanting the company health & Safety plan. The company are looking for an individual with a proven track record as a Project Manager in the construction industry. You will have experience working on large scale building projects and ideally have worked on design and build before. Suitable people will have a trades background or relavent construction related qualification.
