| IC Designer with experience of power IGBT and power MOSFET device design is required by this high power semiconductor company to work in their Research and Development centre in Switzerland. The power devices IC Designer will be responsible for the following activities: * Power MOSFET design. * Power IGBT design. * Characterize, debug and prepare new, innovative power devices for market introduction. * Advanced layout and process development. * Device failure analysis. To be successful the power devices IC Designer will ideally be qualified to PhD level (or similar) and will have a proven successful professional track record of device designs in IGBT or Power MOSFET technologies.
