| Our client is looking to acquire a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to their successful sub contracting construction business. Candidates must have experience at pricing construction packages and managing the commercial aspects of projects once live. You will have worked for a leading sub-contract or main contractor and ideally be supported by relevant HNC/HND/ BA (Hons) qualifications. You must reside within a commutable distance from the Cardiff / Newport area, a company car will be on offer for the successful candidate, in addition to a competitive, negotiable salary. The position is immediately available, but candidates with a 1 month notice period will be considered also. There is a possibility that a short-term probationary contract may be offered for a short qualification period.
