| Our client is a leading national main contractor, operating across all building divisions. With a first rate reputation and turnover in excess of £350m. A position is available for an experienced Building services Manager to managing the M&E processes on a new build and refurbishment projects within the MOD sector. Candidates MUST; * Be from a main contractor background (rather than Design)with proven experience in managing M&E processes within a construction environment * Have experience on projects up to £7.5 M&E content * Have experience as Building services Manager, or lead Project Manager level, with a split Mechanical and Electrical bias. * You must currently reside within commutable distance to Salisbury Plain. * Experience on MOD projects would be of great advantage but not essential If you meet the above requirements, please send your CV to jamie.risdale@optionsrecruitment.co.uk, or call 01179100570 to discuss. | ||
