The German Sales Function has achieved notable growth and consolidation. They have created a very strong footprint in several sectors and are seeking to replicate these successes across a wider range of markets and technologies. To drive this process, we are seeking a talented and motivated Regional Sales Manager - Germany. As Regional Sales Manager - Germany, you will provide a strategic leadership function for the in-country areas and internal sales business functions in Process Instrumentation, Process Control and Industrial Automation. The position involves the management and strategic direction of both internal and external Sales teams and close liaison with Product Specialists, Product Management, Marketing and Administrative functions across multiple offices. The role entails P&L responsibility and is the key driving role in areas of sales strategy, development, recruitment, reporting systems and management. This Regional Sales Manager - Germany opportunity is based near Düsseldorf and is paying up to €75k + bonus, car allowance and additional benefits. You will have demonstrable background in Sales Management / Leadership within a Process Control, DCS, Automation, Oil & Gas or Process Instrumentation environment and be familiar with managing both internal and external area sales functions. Qualified to degree level in a technical discipline you will likely hold a commercial qualification.
