| Job Description Estimator Our client has an impressive Blue Chip client list and specialise in the Interior Fit-Out market. They are one of the UK's leading designs and build, Fit-Out contractors with an unrivalled reputation. They have been operating for over fifty years and have recently been acquired by a large construction group and they generally work alongside many banks, law firms and new media companies and have just expanded into the retail fit out sector with a host of top name high street clients adding to the prestigious nature of their work.. They are looking for an Estimator to assist with working with some superb clients and exciting projects. They have ambitious plans for growth and see this role as essential to that growth. Estimator The successful Estimator will be working on various fit out projects up to £11m, but generally will be around the £5m mark and will be fast track refurbishment projects which will be mainly in Birmingham. The Estimator will be office based and could be client facing on occasions, therefore presentation skills and producing accurate and well thoughts out tenders is a must. The Estimator will report to the Managing Estimator. Estimator They are looking for an Estimator that has around a minimum of 3-5 years experience in the industry, ideally with a fit out contractor although this is not essential. The successful Estimator will be committed to having the opportunity to work on and win some of the best tenders in the fit-out sector. Due to the size and structure of the client, the successful applicant has a real opportunity to further their career and aside from this there is a structured bonus scheme where the Estimator will get a share of any profitable projects.
