| SENIOR ESTIMATOR - CIVIL ENGINEERING / RAIL CONTRACTOR - LONDON - £50-60K + PACKAGE Our client are a specialist contractor operating in the Civil Engineering and Rail Sectors. They are experience a period of growth within their business due to a large volume of tender enquiries and thus are seeking to employ a Senior Estimator to join their business. As the Senior Estimator you will have experience of working on tenders up to £20million covering a wide range of civil engineering contracts including rail. As the Senior Estimator your role will encompass: - Management of the tender process - The production of accurate competitive tenders - Ensuring production of programmes for the tender process - Ensuring compliance and adherence to company procedures for the production of tenders - Managing estimating support staff SENIOR ESTIMATOR - CIVIL ENGINEERING / RAIL CONTRACTOR - LONDON - £50-60K + PACKAGE You will possess the following skills: - Financially astute - Technically astute - Organised - Good management skills - Ability to work to demanding deadlines - Sound communication skills - Desire to succeed and committed to success Along with the above you will be able to demonstrate a sound tender to award ratio.
