| Position Commercial Manager - BSF Education Location North East Salary £45 - £50k Company Fawkes & Reece Contact Chris Bennett Job Type Permanent Job Description Commercial Manager - BSF Education Our Client My client is one of the UK's Leading construction, facilities management and building consultancy firms. With an unrivalled portfolio of current and finished projects they continue to set the standards in the building industry. With an annual turnover in excess of £29Billion they are an innovative and forward thinking company that strive to set industry standards. Within the facilities division my client has a property solutions sector that manages BSF Schemes across the UK. With increased contract wins within this sector they are expanding and looking for key people to become an integral part of the business. The Role My client is seeking an experienced commercial manager to manage a hard services facilities on a large BSF Scheme in North East England. You will be accountable for the BSF Schools site and various smaller local sites in the region, overseeing the facilities and refurbishments. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and leadership of a multidisciplinary team. You will have a proven background working within the Education sector and have a solid understanding of the facilities requirements needed on those contracts. You will need to have a good commercial bite and have evidence of managing large facilities / maintenance budgets.
