| KEY TASKS: Unloading of cabinet deliveries and components from Arneg / Others � Forklift certification required. Unloading and receipt of all equipment a Incoming case inspection / recording serial No�s & updating inventory, stock control on computer system Keeping a live inventory record for movement of all cases & associated parts within the warehouse. (including external storage facilities) Checking / Booking into stock all incoming parts associated with case dept activities, this will include manual handling of all parts and stock onto storage racks Preparing / collating kits of parts as dictated by Bill of Materials & delivery schedules for sites and labelled on the same Ordering / maintaining agreed stock components based on set max / min stock levels Arranging delivery of parts kits to site / external or internal installing contractors Loading of cabinets for despatch from London office onto arctic vehicles or similar Issue of spares / warranty parts, including returns & compliance with quarantine procedures Maintain the warehouse in a tidy & orderly manner Maintaining all administration functions in association to the above | ||
