Job Description:
Do you have a strong background in ceramics / metallurgy / materials and want to work for a market leader in the aerospace industry?

This is a technically challenging and varied role where you will have full responsibility for the success of the process, ensuring each product meets client and company standards.

The company form a successful part of a multi-national blue chip organisation. The company are a premier manufacturer supplying the aerospace and power industreis with precision state of the art castings. They are continuously investing in new equipment improving their manufacturing facility to ensure they remain at the forefront of the marketplace.

This role would be ideal for candidates looking to become techncial experts in a market leader who enjoy using their knowledge ot improve and influecne a broad and complex manufacutring process.

The Role:

* Ensuring processes are in compliance with methods, materials and tooling requirements.
* Involvement with manufacturing systems and quality tools.
* Working predominantly on ceramic products.
* Improvements to product and manufacturing process.

The Candidate:

* Degree / PhD in materials / ceramics.
* Experience from within manufacturing related to process improvements.

Remuneration:

£25000 - £32000 + pension + bonus + relocation assistance + healthcare + 25 days holiday
