| QA/QC MANAGERS Location Lyon, France Rate Negotiable Contract - Duration 12 - 18 months Start a.s.a.p
Our Client, a Major International Design & Engineering Co in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power & Nuclear Markets requires QA/QC MANAGERS to work on projects based at their Head Offices in Lyon then moving on to site for the construction phase.
The role as ON-SITE QUALITY DELEGATE, in collaboration with the Project Manager, will involve the execution & follow-up of the Quality system on projects (Quality Insurance & Quality Control). After preparation, to go on to construction workings & undertake the following
QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates should have a technical training specialising in quality, with a minimum of 3 years experience in steelworks & welding quality. Sound knowledge of PED. Knowledge of welding regulations preferred. & experience in Power Industry would be a plus. Skills in MS Office software. Good level of English & French languages Knowledge of French construction code RCC-M (not essential, required for Nuclear projects only) Knowledge of ASME and/or EN12480 construction codes Knowledge of NDT & issue of corresponding specific procedures: Radiography, Dye Penetrant, Post Weld Heat Treatment, Hardness Test etc. Must be flexible & willing to undertake business trips to various construction sites.
The rate is negotiable & a competitive package will be offered to right candidate. Expenses & accommodation covering hotels, car, some meals.
