| Our client is a leading provider of enterprise class data storage subsystems and network technology. Building on over 20 years of research and development experience in disk drive development, storage systems and high-speed communication protocols, our client design and manufacture enabling technology that provides our OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and disk drive manufacturer customers with data storage products to support high-performance storage and data communication networks. Technical Proficiency (Mandatory): - Proficiency in C - Proficiency in embedded design and implementation - Knowledge of Linux - Systems level - Knowledge of programming for real time systems - Knowledge of hardware, and FW access to it Technical Proficiency (Preferred): - Proficiency in C++ or Java - Structured Analysis and Design - Experienced in Linux - Kernel and Device Driver Development - Source control tools Storage Protocols (Preferred): - SCSI, SES (SCSI Enclosure Services) - Fibre Channel - SAS - iSCSI - Internet Protocols, TCP, IP, SNMP To apply for this position, candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK Matchtech Group Plc is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy. | ||
