| SENIOR ESTIMATOR COMMERCIAL AND PUBLIC SECTORS TO £55k + BENEFITS Our Client, one of the most successful construction groups in the north of England comes with a reputation for professionalism, quality of product and excellence of service and a blue chip client list that provides high levels of repeat and partnered opportunities within a variety of work Sectors. You will be responsible for 1.Production of Estimates - traditionally, Design & Build 2.Production of Budget Estimates. 3.Co-ordinate Design and Build tenders. 4.Value Engineer all tenders. 5.Production of data for record purposes. You will also possess the following Key Competencies: 1.Computer literate. 2.Good market knowledge. 3.Good knowledge of market rates. 4.Capable to achieving tight deadlines. 5.Ability to take off quantities. 6.Logical method of working. 7.Ability to work as part of a team. You will also possess the following Attainments/Skills/Experience: 1. Knowledge of 'conquest estimating' advantageous. 2. Experience in building estimating. 3. Experience in pricing projects £1m - £10m. 4. Experience in pricing Design and Build projects. | ||
