| Events and Marketing agency are looking for a Web/Flash Developer to work within the development team to provide ongoing design, development and maintenance of online applications and websites. To apply, you will need a good foundation of web development and the ability to create engaging and visually stunning online communications pieces. Troubleshooting, debugging and enhancing the current online applications are all part of this role. You will need to have at least 3 year's experience of web and Flash development and a good working knowledge of W3C standards and guidelines, HTML and CSS. You must have good design skills and be proficient in Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Flash and also have good working knowledge of Flash Actionscript (ideally Actionscript 3) and the ability to work with other developers' Flash code. You must also be able to integrate Flash with XML and databases and have experience of working with ASP .NET. Your experience will have enabled you to develop a broad range of knowledge which can be applied and developed further to meet many business needs. The above technical skills will need to be combined with high attention to detail and good communication skills to pro-actively and effectively deliver application developments.
