The Role The role is placing candidates with specialist skill set in highly sought after roles with highly corporate clientele. You will be dealing with professional and intelligent candidates and sophisticated and professional clients. IT recruitment is also one of the most competitive sectors. So the successful applicant will need to be able to communicate with clients and candidates in a mature and professional yet warm manner and also have a determination to succeed. You You will ideally be a strong graduate or be solid business to business sales people. You will need to be able to present, sell and develop relations over the telephone, so you will need to have an excellent telephone manner. You will need to be positive, money hungry, with clear goals and objectives for what you want to acheive in your 1st year, and the self belief to know that you can acheive it! Sales experience is looked upon favourably but is not essential, as is independent travel and varied life experience.
