| The founder of the business will be moving into a consultancy position to guide the development but within two years the company anticipate growth to incorporate further senior water consultants and junior staff. The Person: An engineering graduate with a second degree in some aspect of water and wastewater treatment. Chartered Engineer, probably IChemE. Minimum seven years' experience in the technology of water and wastewater treatment, gained at least partially in industry. A professionally gifted individual who is known as or has the potential to become a recognised expert in the field. A track record in handling projects and client relationships. Innovative in applying technological and professional skills so as to provide workable solutions. Extremely motivated individual, able to take responsibility for business development and project execution. Overseas experience an advantage. Highly numerate with exceptional skills in problem solving. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Resourceful, energetic and friendly team player.
