| An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of Proposal Content Consultant for a global industrial automation, transportation and controls group. This role will be positioned within their Process Systems division. The right candidate will ideally have experience within Process industries such as Oil and Gas with solid experience in Proposals Content or Technical writing development. Responsibilities: -The Proposal Content Consultant will develop and maintain best-in-class, industry-specific proposal content that meets or exceeds the client's requirements. -The Proposal Content Consultant will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a repository of winning pursuit content that can be leveraged between pursuits. -As a highly skilled specialist, the Content Consultant completes complex tasks, often critical and confidential in nature, in creative and effective ways. -Reports to and takes direction from the Strategic Sales Center Director. -Develops a proposal responsibility matrix which identifies every proposal deliverable; including the deliverable's owner and due date -Communicates daily with the Bid Manager, advising them of any issues or challenges which may jeopardise the teams ability to meet its proposal due dates -Writes, edits and proof reads all proposal collateral for pursuits -Acts both independently and as part of a team to determine methods and procedures on new assignments Requirements: -Bachelors degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, business administration or a related discipline. -proven success in marketing communications or proposal content development. -Experience as a technical writer/editor or a communications writer within a technology services company. -Experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills -Advanced skills in MS Office programs Salary:- 40-45k dependant on experience.
