| ||
| The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the Lean tool originating from the Toyota production system in the factory based in Germany. In addition, you will initiate projects and carry these out to completion in such a manner that detectable and quantifiable efficiency increases as well as cost reductions are recognized throughout the entire value-added chain. In this position, you report directly to the Managing Director. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES * Fostering Lean-thinking on-site * Motivating and mentoring the responsible management personnel * Installation of a structure capable of successfully transacting lean projects * Analysis of the entire value-added chain and identification of Lean projects as well as definition and realization of these projects * Identification and implementation of cost saving potentials / projects using both Lean as well as conventional methods EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE 1. The successful candidate has completed a university degree program in Engineering, Economic Engineering or Business Management and possesses good technical understanding 2. Several years of work experience in production management and experience in a management position 3. Relevant experience in the application of Lean tools 4. Excellent understanding of all business processes in the automobile industry 5. English & German language skills for conducting daily business | ||
