| Successful candidates will be experienced civil engineering senior CAD technician with recent experience in wastewater and sludge treatment facilities in the water industry. Capable of producing site layouts using X-refs, general arrangement drawings of tanks and buildings, architectural layouts, pipeline routing / longitudinal sections, planning application drawings, road layouts using AutoTrack etc. Varied work from solution development drawings through to detailed design drawings for construction. You will be familiar with AutoCAD 2007. (Desirable to have experience with MS Word and Excel, and use of internet based project review databases.) You will be able to support engineers on particular wastewater treatment works sites undertaking site surveys and asset reviews. You will be trained to minimum ONC, preferably HNC level in civil discipline. Salary Band £25,000 to £35,000 - dependant on experience. 40 hours per week.
