| Due to growth at this site my client is looking to add an ILS Engineer to their team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in FMECA, Reliability and Maintainability predictions and ideally have worked to military standards. MAIN TASKS 1. To conduct Reliability & Maintainability predictions using various MIL-STDs 2. To conduct Failure Made Effects and Criticality Analysis. 3. To generate Reliability & Maintainability and Integrated Support Plans in response to customer requirements 4. To generate and maintain Logistic Support Analysis Records (LSAR) 5. To generate and maintain ILS documentation for approval The successful candidate must possess:- - Previous experience in R & M with exposure to ILS. - Knowledge of conducting R & M predictions and Failure Made Effects & Criticality Analysis. - Ability to generate R & M and ILS plans. - Experienced in Logistic Support Analysis Record, with some understanding of probability distributions and statistical analysis. - Previous exposure to component selection in the avionics environment. - Excellent communication skills at all levels. - Competent in the use of Excel and Word - Good report writing expertise. Preferable: Qualified to at least HNC Level, or equivalent in an engineering/science/mathematics based discipline. Ideally from an avionics background.
