| To create and maintain Integrated Logistic Support data to aerospace standards or as specified by the customer. Key responsibilities: Preparing Integrated Logistic Support Data to Customer contract and format. Assist the Programme Introduction Manager with all ILS related data. Preparing and maintaining Initial Provisioning (IP) data to ATA 200/200M or other specifications as required. Creation of preliminary Illustrated Parts List (IPL) for new equipment. Provision of spares and special tools data for internal repairs. Reviewing drawing changes and raising tasks where these effect technical publications and logistics data. Creating and amending MoD Modification Spares Provisioning Lists (MSPL) and spares data. Creating and maintaining a data base of tooling that is used in service. Providing drawing for NATO Codification and customer requested tooling drawings. Providing a query/answer service to internal and external customers. Key Performance Indicators: On time delivery and accuracy of ILS deliverables. Improved availability of data Customer confidence in Eaton ILS capabilities. Personal Characteristics: The successful candidate will be trained to conduct the Key Activities however, an ONC, OND,HNC,HND or equivalent experience in an engineering environment preferably but not essentially aerospace. Would benefit from experience in maintenance and/or ILS related disciplines. A demonstrable drive and enthusiasm towards continuous improvement with the ability to multi-skill when required. Flexible attitude to work with the willingness to learn new skills and undertake ILS related training is essential to this role. Computer literate in Microsoft applications (Further training would be provided). Avante software knowledge would be an advantage (Training would be provided).
