| A leading global supplier to the international automotive industry urgently requires a Customer Account Co-Ordinator. JOB PURPOSE Perform a Customer focussed support role assisting the Key Account Manager for all activities required to maintain a high standard of service and achieve ongoing development of the business. RESPONSIBILITIES - Customer liaison - providing business information and timely responses to general customer enquiries. - Progress and co-ordinate external and internal activities required to support all customer business activities. - Active involvement in achieving professional and efficient execution of the following business tasks. - New business proposals/quotations. - Commercial performance analysis for specific customer accounts. - Monitoring of account performance against key business measures. - Market and competitor intelligence. - Marketing of new products/technologies. - Clarification and communication of customer needs and expectations in conjunction with the Key Account Manager. - Organise and maintain customer and commercial processes and procedures. To successfully apply for the position it is essential that you have Customer Account Co-Ordinator / Customer Services experience within the automotive / aerospace / engineering industry. Good communication skills and attention to detail are also vital. It is also essential that you are a qualified engineer / have engineering experience. The Customer Account Co-Ordinator will be office based in Fareham, Hampshire, so it it essential that you live within commuting distance. The Salary offered for this position will be 24-28K (depending on experience) + benefits.
