With national Contract wins this hungry and successful company are at the forefront of the Construction Consultancy industry. Project values Vary and include wins in excess of £35 million. This is a new opportunity for an M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their London office and work on an impressive portfolio of new build projects. The successful M&E Quantity Surveyor will be based from their office in London working on a multitude of high profile projects. The Role Building services Quantity Surveyor, M&E Quantity Surveyor, QS, M&E QS As a proven M&E Quantity Surveyor you will have a track record working on complex major Building Services Projects. You will possess a proven background working within M&E doing surveys on full mechanical and electrical aspects of new build projects including Pipe work, HVAC systems and Ductwork along with Small power, lighting and BMS systems, to join the team in the role as an M&E Quantity Surveyor you will have the drive and confidence to work in a professional office based team. To join this company as an M&E Quantity Surveyor, you will need to be results driven and someone who is able to work at a fast pace in a team with energy and focus. You will have previously worked as an M&E Quantity Surveyor on a similar value project or now be looking to progress onto large more prestigious work.
