| A leading automotive company based in Gaydon, are looking for a Paintshop Group Leader to join the team. To apply for this position, candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK Candidates must have paintshop / coatings background, whether from an OEM or a dealership, as well having a proven track record in a supervisory role. Responsibilities - continuously improve all areas of operation, including - quality, schedule achievement, cost and people development - Plan and co-ordinate manufacturing operations - Monitor, control and maintain quality levels and standards - Ensure the department functions at all times in terms of labour, materials, and maintained equipment to achieve quality - Achieve world class performance in house keeping and waste management to meet departmental budgets - Plan labour requirements and where necessary recruit - Maintain an effective level of communication at all times, across all levels. Qualifications / Experience - Greenbelt trained or willing to undertake training - Good knowledge of plant operating procedures - Proven ability in team development / motivation - Good PC applications knowledge Working Double Days Mon-Fri 6.00am - 14.00pm Mon-Thurs - 14.00-01.00am 30k pa basic + 16.67% salary uplift for shift allowance 35,001 Matchtech Group Plc is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy. | ||
