| Based in Woking, we are looking for a Prototype Vehicle Technician to work for a leader in the automotive world. Applicants will ideally have motor sport or race team experience. To apply for this position, candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK Main Responsibilities - Manufacturing, build, service, and testing of prototype high performance vehicles. - Work will be wide ranging and varied - Workshop duties will take in off site, UK and also occasional world wide testing duties. - Previous workshop experience in machining, fabrication, composites, mechanical, and some electrical automotive skills. Personal Specification - Quality driven. - Excellent attention to detail. - Conscientious. - Self motivated. - Ability to work as a team member, while also confidently alone too. - Excellent communication skills. - Flexible approach to working hours, and weekend working when required to do so. - Willingness to travel, working for periods away from home. - Clean Driving Licence, with experience of driving high performance vehicles. - IT literate in various packages e.g Microsoft office.
