	Job Description:



	Delivery of the Premises / Architectural construction works associated with the Northern Ticket Hall or other areas as designated by the Premises Section Manager. This includes the elements of Premises / Architectural construction works in a designated area of the project as identified on the design drawings and specification. The provision of, all engineering services, and technical support, in order to allow the construction to progress, in accordance with the approved design. Impart your skills and knowledge in support of the engineering and commercial teams. Role Philosophy The successful execution of the works will be reliant on the smooth progression of the works from the initial civil phases through the fitting out and eventual commissioning. The well-planned and coordinated execution of the Premises / Architectural build is crucial to the success of the project in order to increase the buffer for the commissioning phase of the works. The commissioning phase has potentially the greatest number of unknowns and third party system interfaces. Therefore the dexterous well organised execution of the Premises / Architectural phase is a key element of the project strategy.
