| Senior Maintenance Engineer £29952 + overtime + bonus + 25 days holiday With strong technical expertise; you will have a high level of involvement in improvement projects and mentoring junior engineers. Consequently this is a varied role, where you will make a key impact in the team. This company form part of a large multi-national organisation who is investing heavily in the Swindon site due to the need to increase the manufacturing output. The company is a successful automotive manufacturer supplying OEMs with high class products; consequently recently winning several large contracts. This role offers the opportunity to work on state of the art equipment along with good chances of progression to supervisory roles for candidates looking to do this. The Role: * Multi-skilled maintenance. * Equipment include 3- phase, PLCs, control systems, robotics, conveyors. * Working a rotating 3- shift pattern. * Overtime expected. * Project based improvements. * Mentoring junior staff. The Candidate: * Significant maintenance engineering expertise. * Experience with PLCs and controls systems - ability to modify the ladder logic. * Strong communication skills * Willing to work overtime. * Technical qualification or apprenticeship. | ||
