| Vacancy details. Consulting Group Manager. Employer: GreenSearch UK. Location: Gateshead/ Newcastle. Salary: £40,000 -£45,000 + car plus flexible benefits. A market leading environmental consultancy in the UK has expanded due to its exceptional growth and success. Working on and assessing contaminated sites linked to redevelopment also working on a range of EIA related projects. As 'Consulting Group Manager' you will assist in developing and delivering the group business plan and monitoring performance. Required to deputise for Director when needed and develop technical expertise. Key responsibilities for this position will include: -Regional support and assistance. -Accessing quality of service and client satisfaction. -Manage team structure and be responsible for employees. -Identify training needs and completion of appraisals. Skills and experience required for the 'Consulting Group Manager' position are: -Education to a degree level or equivalent. -Chartered level qualification preferred but not required. -Experience of working within a consultancy environment. -Previous line management experience desired. The position offers an excellent opportunity in developing a regional team and developing personal consultancy skills.
