| JOB PURPOSE - Test Engineer required to carryout thermal performance tests on fuel cell applications. - Good knowledge of thermodynamics required for calculation and analysis of results, compilation of report Preparation of test procedures - Installation and calibration of specialist instrumentation as required - Programming and operation of computer controlled data logging systems - Generation and implementation of business development, process improvement and cost reduction initiatives Market and Business Understanding Good knowledge of thermodynamics, instrumentation, data logging systems, data reduction and analysis skills required Liaise with engineering and project management department with regard to thermal performance testing OTHER KEY RELATIONSHIPS Programme Management Engineering Desirable skills: QUALIFICATIONS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Degree level thermodynamic knowledge with at least 3 years thermal testing experience. | ||
