| A world famous drinks manufacturer has opportunities in Peterlee and Leicester for Front Line Managers at their manufacturing sites. MANAGE THE BASICS PEOPLE Ensure FLE's perform to an acceptable standard Build individual relationships with all FLE's SAFETY Ensure compliance to all systems to eliminate accidents Identify issues and take action in a timely manner, in line with procedures: QUALITY Ensure compliance to all systems to ensure production of Gold Standard product at all times Ensure compliance to all systems to prevent sub-standard product reaching the customer Identify issues and take action in a timely manner, in line with procedures Investigate all customer complaints to identify cause and implement actions to eliminate risk SERVICE Ensure consistency of output at standard rate Identify issues and take action in a timely manner, in line with procedures COSTS Ensure costs of direct labour are at AOP level or better Ensure equipment and materials are within specification, and minimise wastage Ensure all performance measurement reports are completed accurately COMMUNICATION Communicate current performance and priorities in all KPI areas to the team Maintain continuity between shifts Communicate change to the team before it is implemented and consult the team where their input can make an impact.
