| KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES * Functionally manage and lead a team of full time Program Managers * Remove roadblocks for program managers, interact with other functional leaders as needed * Ensure that Program Management talent level is in place * Responsible for building up a Professional Competence in Program Management * Ensure good and efficient robust program management discipline and methods * Implement program management reporting and metrics and ensure launch metrics/goals are achieved * Ensure programs are green status by excellent launch management * Develop and validate program scope and customer deliverables in order to ensure that customer expectations for quality, timing and product performance are met EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Bachelor of Science degree equivalent in marketing, engineering, or related discipline Advanced engineering/business degree preferred wide years sales, engineering, or manufacturing experience severeral years supervisory experience Ability to influence and motivate others and build effective teams Strong program management skills in resource, task, and budget planning High level of technical competence, problem solving, and communication skills Understanding of managerial finance as it relates to program and business metrics Solid understanding of engineering and manufacturing functions within the automotive supplier market segment | ||
