| Our client a large EPC requires a Project Engineer of a mechanical bias to be based on a refinery in South Wales. Description: Assist in the development and co-ordinate the engineering and execution of refinery capital projects, with a significant mechanical input, leading up to the 2010 T&I. Responsible for co-ordinating and managing projects and working closely with process development, operations and construction personnel to develop project scopes and lead through to handover to the client. Educated to HNC/HND/Degree qualification in mechanical engineering and project management with extensive experience in heavy chemicals, oil and gas or other similar environment. Experience as a Project Engineer essential for this role. Capable of leading multi-disciplined teams and managing change.
