| Tug Master required to be based in Greenock and employed on a 2 week on 2 week off rota basis. To apply for this position, candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK Vacancies Tug Master's Greenock, UK Reporting to the Port Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient, safe operation and upkeep of Company vessels operating primarily in Greenock - UK, meeting all marine, operational and safety obligations. Although based in Greenock, the role may include work in other ports outside your primary operating area. Position requirements: - Certificate of Competency Master STCW 95 II/2 less than 3000 GT Unlimited, or higher. Masters with STCW 95 II/3 less than 500 GT Inshore tugs may still apply. Experience as Master onboard harbour tugs preferable, as is experience of small vessel handling, though training will be given. Knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft office Familiar with Maritime Rules and Regulation, Codes and Guidelines, ISM Code and ISPS requirements Employment status: Working on a rota basis 2 on 2 off Matchtech Group Plc is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy. | ||
