| RTR 4500 £35,000 + Relocation QUALITY / HEALTH & SAFETY MANAGER Devon Challenging Quality / Health & Safety role offering complete autonomy in a dynamic and rapidly expanding environment. This market leader will provide you with structured support and direction and can accommodate two development paths. Either Senior Quality Engineers wanting to progress to management, or Quality Managers looking to move in to an autonomous position steering towards future director positions. This company provides engineering solutions for the aerospace, defence, automotive and medical industries worldwide. The organisations extensive manufacturing capabilities make them a strong partner for customers globally. As a result of there continued success and plans for expansion they are looking for a Quality / H&S Manager to improve existing quality systems and manage the company through further accreditation's. The remit of the role will include man managing a team of 7 engineers, performing internal and external audits, and becoming the customer face for all health & safety on site. Engineers joining this company will enter a personal development plan to ensure that they receive the necessary internal and external training to achieve there personal career ambitions. This is an environment where you are encouraged to bring suggest ideas and can really have an impact on the success of the company. The Candidate: * You will have experience in implementing TS16949 and ISO 9100 * You will have experience of man managing up to 5 people or more * You will have a NEBOSH qualification | ||
