| Quantity Surveyor - Leeds - £Dep on experience An excellent opportunity has arisen with one of the largest privately owned construction groups in the UK. Our Client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to carry out small to medium sized projects or work as part of a surveying team on a larger project, advising on potential legal and contractual risks. The main duties of this role are to: - minimise contractual and commercial risk - maximise commercial opportunity - maintain effective links with Supply Chain - control and report on cost and value - ensure payments are made and received on tiime - prepare and monitor budget and cash flows Qualifications Required: QS-related degree or equivalent practical work experience CSCS card, Construction Surveying, MRICS or MCIOB Commercial awareness, communication skills, IT (MS Excel, Word, Outlook), time management, negotiation.
