| We are seeking an adaptable Site Technician with excellent communication skills. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES, ACTIVITIES AND KEY DELIVERABLES: Provide maintenance support and site management of contractors for all site infrastructure, reviewing method statements and risk assessments, where necessary. Main infrastructure systems include: o All electrical distribution systems including transformers, panels, UPS and generators etc outages, which will include periodic running of generator sets etc. o Fire detection, alarm and suppression systems. o Air conditioning. o General building maintenance including lighting, power distribution, drains, water supply, building fabric etc. o Boilers & pump etc monitoring of oil, gas and water. o Security systems including gates, barriers, access control system, CCTV etc. Responsible for the running and resolution of issues from the Facilities Helpdesk, utilising contractors as necessary. Manage small projects to ensure that work is completed to a high specification, within budget and on time. An active member of the emergency team for site spillages etc including acting as a Fire Warden. Provide 24/7 on-call support in accordance with the on-call rota. Carry out duties for other managers, as required. Promote an effective Safety, Health and Environment culture, to ensure a safe and healthy working environment within area of operation. Maintain a secure working environment.
