| SENIOR QS/ESTIMATOR - BELFAST - 3 MONTH CONTRACT INITIALLY LEADING ON TO FURTHER CONTRACTS ON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION My client is a small consultancy whom are part of a substantially larger group who boast an impressive turnover and profit margin. SENIOR QS/ESTIMATOR - BELFAST - 3 MONTH CONTRACT INITIALLY LEADING ON TO FURTHER CONTRACTS ON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION My client supplies commercial management and project management services to the property and infrastructure markets. It is their infrastructure market that is now in demand of a Senior QS/Estimator to work from their Belfast, Ireland office on water projects. SENIOR QS/ESTIMATOR - BELFAST - 3 MONTH CONTRACT INITIALLY LEADING ON TO FURTHER CONTRACTS ON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION The successful candidate will have around 7-10 years experience in the surveying/estimating sector to work within their commercial department tendering and dealing with costs at both pre and post contract stage. You will have had a proven track record in the utilities market with water in particular and you will also be familiar with the valuation of assets. You should have worked on an NEC project.
