| SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR - HAMPSHIRE - £250-£350 PER DAY My client is a large main contracting organisation in the civil engineering market with a multi million pound turnover and an excellent reputation for working in various sectors across the civils market. SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR - HAMPSHIRE - £250-£350 PER DAY Due to further work load being secured for the future, my client now requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work from their Hampshire office on telecoms projects in particular working on bahlf of BT and Colt. SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR - HAMPSHIRE - £250-£350 PER DAY My client has been establlished since the early 1940's and has a reputation in the rail, utilities, communication and renewables markets. Examples of some of their previous telecomes projects would include: - project advice on feasibility, programme, statutory undertaker and other third party interfaces - initial planning, route surveys, noticing and design - identifying areas of concern and mitigation measures at an early stage in the project - comprehensive underground services and ground condition surveys including complex trial excavations - planning, installation and maintenance of optical fibre distribution networks - planning, installation and maintenance of E and D side copper distribution networks - cabling, splicing, terminating and testing of trunk and distribution networks, using both single and multi-mode technologies - specialist cable pressurisation and fault volume reduction services - running and terminating internal wiring - civil engineering duct work and cabinet installation SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR - HAMPSHIRE - £250-£350 PER DAY The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the civil engineering market with at least 7 years experience behind them. Telecoms experience is ideal but not essential. This is a long term contract due to a vast work load and the role is immediately available.
