| Position Quantity Surveyor, Senior Quantity Surveyor, Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, Project Quantity Surveyor Location Borehamwood/Dartford Job Type Freelance/ Contract / Temporary Job Description Quantity Surveyor, Senior Quantity Surveyor or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, Project Quantity Surveyor, Contract Quantity Surveyor THIS VACANCY; This fast growing prosperous large contractor requires a Project Quantity Surveyor for their New Build project in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire. As Project Quantity Surveyor you will be working on the £6m New Build School based in Borehamwood as well as working from their office in Dartford. Ideally you will be well situated between the two locations i.e. a 45 minutes drive/train journey either way. The project is due to last around 44-52 weeks and you must have a recognised surveying qualification for this Quantity Surveyor position. The Role - Quantity Surveyor, Senior Quantity Surveyor, Intermediate Quantity Surveyor or Project Quantity Surveyor, Contract Surveyor As a proven Quantity Surveyor you will have a track record working on complex major construction projects. You will possess either a Degree or HNC and will have the drive and confidence to work in a professional site based team. As the project's "number one" Quantity Surveyor, you will need to be results driven and someone who is able to work at a fast pace in a team with energy and focus. You will have previously worked as a project Quantity Surveyor on a similar value project or now be looking to progress onto large more prestigious work.
