| Our client has an immediate requirement for a civil biased resident engineer to work on a sewerage pipeline project. Applicants should hold a relevant qualification in civil engineering with chartership being desirable but not essential. Ideally candidates should have background experience in the site supervision of large civil engineering projects within the UK water industry. The role will require site supervision of a water utility framework contractor and all other aspects of quality assessment, defects and corrections and some mentoring of junior staff on the sewerage pipeline project including some pump station upgrades. In return our client are offering a market competitive contract rate and work through to the end of February 2009.
