| Position Estimator / Intermediate Estimator/ Senior Estimator Location Hertfordshire / Essex Salary £70,000 + 7k Car Allowance + Travel + Pension + Healthcare + Bonus Company Fawkes & Reece Contact Adel Elsayed Job RM Reference ESTIMATOR VAC- VAC- AE37535 Job Type Permanent Job Description Estimator / Intermediate Estimator/ Senior Estimator An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a fantastic medium sized contractor situated on the border between Hertfordshire and Essex. They undertake fit out, refurbishment and some new build projects and have a turnover of £20m. There commitment to service is second to none and their stated aim is to raise expectations of what people expect from construction companies. They work within commercial, retail, hotel & leisure and the public sector and their projects can be anything from £1m- 5m. Estimator / Assistant Estimator / Intermediate Estimator/ Senior Estimator They are looking for a Senior Estimator to take the lead role in a team of three Estimators and need someone who has proven experience of producing accurate work as they will also be checking the work of the other team members. Aside from producing tenders the Senior Estimator must have the ability to make effective presentations to prospective clients in order to win work and have the authority to present a professional image of the company. Due to the nature of the role the Senior Estimator will primarily be office based but will also have to attend site and fulfill other out of office obligations when required. This role is central to the ongoing success of the company and the successful Estimator will answer to the Directors and have an input into how the department conducts its business. Estimator / Assistant Estimator / Intermediate Estimator/ Senior Estimator Ideally the Senior Estimator will have a minimum of five years experience in a similar role and have experience of fit out and refurbishment works, with a proven track record of working in a successful Estimating team. The role would suit someone from a larger company who is looking to expand upon there role and responsibilities. For the right candidate there is a superb package with a fantastic salary and a more than competitive bonus scheme that could take the overall package over the 100k mark. If successful in the role the Senior Estimator could realistically aim for Associate Director within five years.
